Minutes of special meeting held on 19 April 2011 at Kincorth Community Centre

The Chairman thanked members for attending this meeting to discuss the audited accounts at short notice.

2 Attendance
Members
Graham Bennett Chair, Hazel Park Treasurer, Catherine Cowie Secretary, Gary Mitchell, Alexander Park, Glyn Sangster, Mary Wilson, Roy Wilson. This provided the required number for a quorate meeting.

3 Apologies
Lee Brown Lynne Brown, Maureen Downie.

4 Business
The only business to be discussed was the presentation of the audited accounts from last year. The Treasurer circulated copies of the auditors report. These were examined and approved. The Chairman agreed to hand in the accounts to the City Council next morning and seek some information on when our council could expect to receive our pro rata grant from last year.
This being all the business the Chairman again thanked members for attending and closed the meeting.

The Chairman had some difficulty in contacting all our members due to not having adequate information on contact details. The minute’s secretary agreed to send out a list of the current details held on members and ask that they be updated for our next meeting. This information will be passed only to our own members.
